Respondr

Respondr records every radio transmission and can transcribe it.

Respondr records every radio transmission on every channel, with time, sender, position and emergency events attached. When automatic transcription is on, each recording also carries the text of what was said.

The Respondr history lists communications newest first: audio recordings with the transcript under the waveform, a GPS position, a photo, text messages and a private call, each with its date, channel, sender and recipient.
01 — Total logging

Voice, position, events — captured.

Recordings carry their full context: GPS locations, emergency alerts, operator identity from TETRA or DMR IDs, and lone-worker events.

The history shows Emma Kovac’s man-down alarm with its GPS position and the messages the control room used to handle it. One recording is playing back with its transcript, and the transmissions of the Apron VHF and VHF Marine 16 radio channels follow below.
02 — Search & filters

Find any call in seconds.

Filter by type, date range, sender and receiver, channel, gateway or emergency flag — then replay directly from the timeline.

In the history Filters panel three types are ticked, Emergency call, Emergency alert and Man down, while audio, text messages, photos, videos, documents, private calls and positions stay unticked.
03 — Export

Compliance-grade exports.

Administrators export recordings and communication history for audits, performance analysis and operational reporting.

Three history rows show sender, recipient and transcript: the first recording by o.carter on the Harbour Ops channel is playing back, the other two are idle.

Everything that gets recorded

Call recording that captures the whole picture — audio, identity, position and events on one timeline, ready for incident review.

Voice recording

Respondr captures every transmission across analog and digital networks automatically and keeps it replayable in full quality. Nothing depends on an operator remembering to press record.

GPS recording

The recorder logs location history from mobile units alongside each transmission. Replay a recording against where the unit actually was when it spoke.

Emergency alerts

Emergency transmissions carry extended metadata and their surrounding context, so the critical minutes of an incident stay documented from start to finish.

Operator identity

TETRA and DMR IDs attribute every recording to the person who transmitted. That attribution is what turns an audio archive into usable evidence.

Text & events

Messages and channel events sit on the same timeline as the audio, so the full sequence of a shift can be reconstructed in a single view.

Lone-worker events

Respondr archives man-down and lone-worker alarms together with their recordings, keeping the safety record and the audio that goes with it in the same place.
