Resellers and system integrators

This program is for companies that sell, install or run DMR, TETRA and analog radio networks. You can offer Respondr to your customers together with the radio gateways, and run the installation in the cloud or on premise.

You get a demo licence to show the platform to customers.
You take technical training on installation, radio gateways and user management.
You use sales material in Italian and English: brochure, datasheets and presentations.
You receive the requests from customers in your area that reach Respondr.
One of our technical contacts supports you on projects and tenders.

For large projects we offer Respondr as a white-label product.

A system integrator can deliver the platform under its own brand. We assess this option with you, project by project.

Hardware makers

This program is for companies that make radio gateways, PTT accessories and PoC devices. Our team integrates your product with Respondr and tests it in our lab on our own radio networks.

Your product is integrated with the platform: radio gateways, USB and Bluetooth buttons, PTT keys on Android devices.
We test the product in our lab before we list it as compatible.
The product appears on the supported devices page.
You can make a joint offer on projects that need both products.

Integration is free of charge.

You pay nothing if your device talks to the Respondr app through one of these protocols:

Referrers

This program is for consultants and companies that know an organisation interested in Respondr. You refer the customer, we run the sale and the installation.

€10for every user in the contract

The fee is paid once, when the contract is signed.

The program has no sales targets and no support commitments.

Refer a customer

Who can you refer?: You can refer any organisation that uses DMR, TETRA or analog radio and wants to connect it to smartphones and dispatch positions: emergency services, airports, ports, and energy, logistics and transport companies.
How does the fee work?: You send the organisation’s name and a contact through the contact form. If the organisation signs a contract, you receive €10 for every user in the contract. The fee is paid once, when the contract is signed.
What are the limits?: You cannot refer yourself, your own company or an organisation that is already in contact with us. A referral counts only for a new customer.
